Patterson ✩ Architects has a long, award-winning history in the Brazos Valley. Fred A. Patterson, Jr., AIA, began providing architectural services in 1983 under the business name of Design Intent. Patterson, who in 1979 graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design and received a Masters in Architecture in 1981 and began Patterson ✩ Architects in 1984.
